Wivi Agency is a licensed tour operator in Tanzania. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is paid before or on the start date of the safari.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or cash (when applicable).

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing.
60+ days before arrival: Full refund
31–60 days: 50% refund
15–30 days: 25% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
Some partner services (hotels, flights) may be non-refundable.

3. No-Show

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without notice results in no refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may change due to weather, park rules, wildlife movement, or safety. We will always try to provide equal or better alternatives
