Tour Plan
Fly to Ruaha (~2h30). Meet your guide for an airstrip-to-camp game drive. After settling in, enjoy an afternoon safari exploring baobab valleys and river loops, often frequented by elephants and lions. Dinner under starry skies.
Pack a picnic and spend the day ranging across Ruaha’s diverse habitats, ideal for large lion prides, cheetah on open plains, and leopard along rivers. Birding is superb year-round. Return for a hearty dinner.
At dawn, join a guided walk (camp/park permitting) to focus on tracks, insects and botany. After lunch and a rest, head out again for a golden-hour game drive; sundowners at a viewpoint.
Short morning drive to catch last sightings, breakfast at camp, and midday flight to Zanzibar for onward beach time.
